We accept returns/exchanges of items purchased exclusively from copperriverfleece.com and from our store in Cordova, Alaska.  

To be eligible for Return / Exchange - Items MUST:

• Have original Hangtags Attached 
• Be in their BRAND NEW original condition
• NO HAIR / NO LINT on Inside or Outside of garment
• Unwashed / Unworn (other than to try the garment on)
• Free of odors including smoke, perfume & cooking odors   

Upon return, your item will be inspected, and items meeting these criteria are eligible for:

Return within 60 days of purchase.  Items returned for a refund must be accompanied by proof of purchase from Copper River Fleece. The purchase price will be refunded via check, mailed to the address you provide. 

Exchange within 6 months of purchase.  For exchanges without a receipt, the credit amount will be for the most recent sale price.  Payment of return postage is required before shipment of the replacement item. A reduced shipping rate is applied to exchange shipments.

NOTE:  Items not meeting the above criteria will be shipped back to you, at your expense.

Please include your completed Returns / Exchange Form & pack your return/exchange item securely.

(Any other shipping method may result in a delayed processing time)  For your protection, we suggest you insure the return package, as we cannot be responsible for packages damaged or lost in transit.

For processing of returns & exchanges, please allow 2-5 days from the time we receive your item(s).
